Is anyone aware of a router that can block all access from countries outside the US? Thanks

Generally, the restriction is achieved via IP/MAC/Port or URL. I don't think TP-Link can block access from a country.

There is no such concept like "country borders" in the Internet. For example, I live in Europe, but actually access the public Internet from within the US. Very annoying indeed that Google and Amazon always think I would be located in the US because of my IP.

@R1D2 Not sue that is true....

Office 265, Azure, ans such do allow you to block based on location.  Not sure if it is doing a whois on the IP, or what.  But it is possible,

Also, I use analytics on my webserver, and they who the location from where the IP is from.  In a nice map even.
