Yes, they have a built-in web interface, so you could set up them via Mac OSX easily.

Just configure a fixed IP address in the 192.168.0.0 network (say, 192.168.0.100) for your Mac, connect it to the EAP, start a web browser and direct it to 192.168.0.254 (the default IP of the EAP).
