I need block access to app youtube in all celular phones in my LAN, I have a router TL-ER6020.

TS didn't say hardware version though. If it is v1, then you can use APP control in Firewall settings.
If you have v2, then yeah, app control is not supported anymore and I would configure WEB/URL Filtering or just filter maximum speed.

It sounds so strange how can you block access to an application on a LAN network? Is this even possible or just stupid? It is easier to set up a lock in the phones themselves. Although if you can block certain domains for computers, then I think you can just block certain domains for phones, no? Of course, I am not an expert in working with Lan networks and I have never tried to do this, but I am sure that with the right desire you can do anything. There are a lot of examples on YouTube of people who were able to do incredible things. By the way, do you know how to convert Youtube Playlists to MP3? Is this even possible?
