Hardware Version: R600VPN v2 00000000

I just replaced my old TP-Link TL-R470T+ (100 WAN) router with a new TP-Link TL-R600VPN (1000 WAN) unit, as I upgraded to a faster 150Mbps internet, which was unfortunately capped at 100 by my old router.
The new router is hooked up, but I'm having an issue with DHCP reservations for my home network.

I am trying to add all of my devices by MAC address under the DHCP - Address Reservation section.
If I try to add anything beyond 32+ devices I get the message: "error code: 3004 the dhcp reserved addresses table is already full".
It appears that this unit has a maximum device count of 32 devices before the table becomes full!, which sucks as I have 50+ devices to add.

My old router (TL-R470T+) did not have this limitation, and I could easily add my 50+ devices to it, and it would always assign the appropriate IP address to each device.
Since I couldn't use DHCP reservations, I instead tried entering all of my devices under the IP & MAC Binding - Binding Settings section instead, which did allow me to enter all 50+ devices, but it is not honoring these IP assignments, and the devices are just pulling IP's in what appears to be a random order.
I have enabled ARP binding, and the status of the devices shows as "Bound".

I have tried power cycling the router, and even unplugging each device in hopes that they will pick up their assigned IP, but it's not working.

What am I doing wrong?
Is there indeed a cap to the DHCP reservation table on this router?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks!

If I've got it right, the 600VPN support up to 256 DHCP clients and 64 IP address Reservation.

My R600VPN router also only allows 32 static IP address.

If you want to assign static IPs (what's a good idea for stationary devices), why don't you set the static IPs on the devices itself to where the IPs belong? This way, only limiting factor is the number of IPs for the subnet. And no, the routers do not "only allow 32 static IPs", they only allow 32 static assignments for DHCP reservations, which is a difference. They will indeed allow as many static IPs as you define by setting your subnet's netmask.
