TL-SG3424P 2.0 no IP from DHCP over Port 23/24

Hello together,
since some weeks i have a TL-SG3424P v2.0 and it works like a charme with all my PoE Devices and TP-Link EAP225 APs and so on. But today i explore a strange issue with the TL-SG3424P.
If i connect new devices on Port 23/24 (not the SFP Ports but the normal ports) i got no IP from my DHCP to the connected devices. If i use other free ports (in my case port 16 and 5) i got a correct IP Address to the connected devices.
FW Version is the latest: 1.0.9 Build 20150715 Rel.33297(s)
Port config is a standard config without Portsecurity / MAC filters or something like that.
The connection status of port 23/24 show green for 1GB connection to the devices but no DHCP run to the devices.
As said before, on other ports it works perfectly so the cable is not the problem.
I have LAG configured on port 19/20 and 21/22. It works also perfect with my NAS Systems.
Attached some screenshots:
Log shows only Port 23/24 UP/DOWN messages. Nothing else.
Any ideas about this?
