CPE510 SSID Showing only in iPHones

I am using many devices of TP-Link, Tl-R470T+ for mac filtering, WA7210 for outdoor, WR 941ND for indoor ... one week before I bought a CPE510, and I configure that. but that SSID showing only my iPhone. I try Android mobiles, and Laptops to find this SSID name, but not showing. I am in Saudi Arabia, my other Wi-Fi routers mode is b/g/n mixed, CPE510 router mode is a/n only. how can I connect this router to my Android customers and Laptop customers? please somebody help me
