I have a TL-SG105 2.0 with firmware version 1.0.0 Build 20151204 Rel.42055. Checking the greek or english tp-link site there isn't any new firmware but at the german and spanish site there is a new one (

TL-SG105E(UN)_V2_160526). Is it safe to upgrade my switch using the german/spanish firmware?

As far as I know the "UN" stands for "universal" and the checksums of the German and US versions of the firmware file are the same.

If it's really a hardware version 2.0 switch, it should be safe. See http://www.tp-link.com/at/faq-46.html
