Any PoE+ (802.3at) switch fits. See
http://www.tp-link.de/faq-1163.html for a list of PoE+ switches from TP-Link.
Note that the 802.3af switches also listed in this FAQ are no suitable for the EAP320, only 802.3at will do the job.

Hi bytzak,
EAP320 support two kinds of power supply methods: 802.3at PoE and 12V/1.5A AC/DC adapter. If you want to power EAP320 using PoE, you can use T2600G-28MPS , TL-SG3424P or any other 802.3at PoE switch.
