As I have said all the time
This is not a guessing game
You do not provide info.
Screen shot of internet test, use Oakla Speedtest.net
Post MBs you get from your ISP internet service provider
Hight of CPEs
If you have LOS line of sight
If Fresnel zone is free
If they are facing perfectly in alignment,
If you tried lower channels on 4 Ghz or upper ones in 6Ghz freq.
You might have a crowded 5Ghz freq.

I'll just assume from what I've seen

For 33dB SNR and -69dBm Signal Strength with 2KM range, 60Mbps is quite reasonable
I'm using CPE 210, and I can't even get past 20mbps with better signal (35-37dB, -62-65dBm) even when it's only 200m

The only suggestion I can give you1
1. use only 40Mhz channel width
2. Try another channel.

Honestly I am thinking getting another brand for similar setup in the future.
this CPE series is okay for low speed and short range, so far it's the cheapest product for outdoor PtP I could get.

Hi danymarc and Blebekblebek, thanks for yours replies!

I didn't posted the okla speedtest or the isp mbs because I don't need it.
I need to setup the maximum from my CPE anyway i've the same ISP speed from one side than on the other.

I've about 15mt from the groud but the fresnel isn't totally free, I think!

I've LOS line of sight
I've set the 5960Mhz from the spectrum Analyzer

I can't setup the 40mhz... i've only 5, 10 20 and 20/40...
