[/FONT] I have a load balancer configured and running with WAN1 and WAN2 , but I can not ping externally? both wan has fixed IP .I checked the options on the firewall and all services are free .

Can you ping the WAN IP address or the 8.8.8.8? Please make sure the network is OK first.
