Linking 2 sites via IPsec with the TL-R600VPN

Hello all,
I have two sites that I have connected following the directions in this article: http://www.tp-link.com/en/article-380.html using IPsec.
Site A has a local IP of 192.168.1.1. Site B has a local IP of 192.168.0.1. From site A i can ping site B's local router address and vice versa. If i try to ping any other device on site B's network, I get no reply. I can ping the server from site A's router's tools interface but not from site B's or any computer at site B. We are tying to connect a client computer from a remote location (Site B) to the server at the main location (Site A).
Are there any additional steps required to allow to the two networks to talk to each other?
Thanks in advance!
