TL-SL2428 vs TL-SL2428WEB SFP Problem

Dear Community,
I have SFP (Huawei RTXM191-400) installed in TL-SL2428WEB, and working perfectly.
Recently because the switch is already discontinue, I bought TL-SL2428 (smart switch)
Both has similar technical feature.
But when I put SFP in TL-SL2428 (smart switch). The switch cannot detect the SFP. It is confusing me, why with oldest switch, the switch can detect smoothly. but with the more advance hardware the switch cannot detect.
Could you please help me, to resolve this problem.
