I need to connect 2 TL-WA7510N, with a distance of 500m, but it won't use internet or router. Its used only to connect 2 LAN interface.

In that what you want is just to connect 2 LAN interface, why do you need 1 AP to be a router?
Actually one in AP mode and the other in Client mode is okay for your requirement.

I don't have a router in that network(yes it's something a bit special and isolated) so I need that 1 of the AP work as DHCP server to give IP to the LAN interfaces.

I was thinking the same you tell me, but I'm not sure if working in AP mode the RJ45 interface is considered as WAN , in that case it won't give an IP to this interface.

It's a special video interface, so i can't configure an IP.

If just for DHCP issue you can enable DHCP Server on AP device.
And you are right that in AP Router mode the only RJ45 port plays the role of a WAN port.

if another device give DHCP, connect one 7510 as AP, an other as client, but two with option WDS active...

this make the conection wifi are a cable invisible betwhen 7510... this is the way to joint two nets....

regards...
