Please help.....

After un upgrade I got stuck in Failsafe, and i can t start the box, upload via TFTP is not available, only option is via console at 115200 by Kermit protocol from HyperTerminal, I need some help in order to rewrite bin's and start the system, below is a print from U-Boot:
