How to Allow Domain Filtered Website Access only on a Single PC on a LAN Network?

We have a LAN Network of 50 PCs and Now successfully blocked youtube.com by using Domain Filtering from the " Load Balance Broadband Router Model No.:TL-R480T+ ".
But we want to allow only one pc to access youtube.com in the same LAN Network.
Please support / guide us that how to do configuration of the router (Load Balance Broadband Router Model No.:TL-R480T+)
If possible please give us an example sceenshots.
