Hardware Version : Not Clear

Firmware Version :

ISP :

ok i have 2 isp one is on wan1 and other is on wan2
wan1 is my pppoe connection and wan2 is Dynamic IP and it works great

the problem is my pppoe connection after putting my login and password in all it does is tmes out and keeps retrying to connect
i have updated the router to new fw and and still the same
i phoned my isp to see if it was something on there end it was ok but when i set it back up to my netgear router it connects np

so any help here would be great or suggestions thanks

and what is the system log? is there anything wrong with the log?

Some modems try to act like a router also, so you may have to put your modem in bridge mode or modem only mode if you have not done so already.
