Have you tried, firmware 1.3.3 here http://forum.tp-link.com/showthread.php?83955-TP_PharOS_1.3.3_151112_Beta-fix-WPA-PSK-and-CDP-issue-with-Mikrotik-add-management-VLAN
and don't select any country, select Test Mode and select 6100MHz freqs or stay in 5Ghz out of DFS chs. and test VLANS here http://forum.tp-link.com/showthread.php?84173-VLAN-transfer-and-management-VLAN-introduction

No idea which 3rd you can use for bonding, anyway even it comes true, considering the wireless consumption, the maximum speed is limited as 150Mbps. Besides, the interference and signal attenuation will also decrease the throughput, so it should be lower...So I don't think by bonding two LAN ports will increase the throughput a lot...
