I am using MAC filtering for users who want to use my internet through 5210 outdoor.

But some users are tethring internet through bluetooth to other users

so is there any way to prevent them???

No way.

And this is not something you can expect from the Access Point. You'd better set up bandwidth control on your router. No matter how many users share, they share a limited bandwidth.
