Hi, I have purchased a TL-R470T+ but it doesn't seem to support this. Does any other product support this feature?

What I want is to do load balancing, but some particular type of traffic must only flow through one specific WAN link.

E.g. I have two WAN connections, one high speed with limited monthly data usage, one low speed with unlimited data. I want to direct all P2P traffic through the low speed WAN connection. All other traffic can be balanced between the two WAN connections.

Maybe you can try to blcok UDP data from high speed WAN so that the UDP data can only go through low speed WAN.

I might be wrong but isn't "Policy Routing" in "Advanced -> Load Balance -> Policy Routing" made for this case?

It can only filter based on level 4 protocol (e.g. TCP/UDP), ip address or port. It does not work at the application layer level.
The protocol number you can specify is what you can choose from this list:
