I'm a bit confused:

Why do you have (as it seems) three LAN subnets (192.168.0.x, 192.168.3.x and 10.0.0.x)? To my knowledge, the routers are only capable to serve one subnet (usually 192.168.0.x but you may change that in the LAN section).

As you have "internal" PPPoE server: Shouldn't it serve the 192.168.0.x pool to the clients?

When you have PPPoE WAN-wise, there should be no subnet out there - the "foreign" IP gets assined to the WAN1, WAN2 and that's it.

But I might not have understood what you're trying to accomplish..
