User section of router not allowing more users.

User section of router not allowing more users.

I have following loadbalancer router from tplink,
Firmware Version: 5.1.3 Build 20130831 Rel.57020s
Hardware Version: TL-R470T+ v3.0
Now the issue is. in users section i cannot add more than 64 users. The message says, "The amount of entries has reached its limit. No more entry can be added. ". I believe i should be able to add all ip's within range 1 to 255. i am not adding any ip which is already added. but after 64 ip's added. it does not allow me to add new ip in user section.
Please tell me what can i do to add more ip's. as it is the way i manage user groups in my network.
