Hello,

We recently got a set of EAP110's. We're encountering a strange problem with one of them.
Every day at noon the access point seems to lock up. Users can no longer connect to the access point untill we reboot it.

Strangely enough we can still reboot the access point through the EAP manager, so it's still responding to that.

We tried having the access point reboot daily at 7:55 am but this didn't help, the access point still locks up at noon.

Any hints on what we can debug/try to fix this problem?

Maybe you should check your firmware version first. If your firmware version isn't the latest version, you could download from http://www.tp-link.com/en/download/EAP110_V1.html#Firmware then upgrate it.
If it is the latest version, maybe you configure something that you don't know. I haven't met the sitution before, so you maybe could reset the EAP and configure it again.

Firmware is up to date, first thing we checked.
Configuration has been applied using the EAP controller to 2 identical access point. The second one doesn't seem to have the problem.

I just checked and the problem doesn't seem to have occurred during the weekend. Only seems to occur at noon during week(work) days.

Have you enabled the scheduler feature in the Wireless Control ? Maybe you need to check it .
