TL-WA5210G not working porpoerly

I have nearly 30 TL-WA5210G access points in my office .and some of them are not working properly. I have given a static ip to each access point and most of the time i face problem of hanging of AP and whnever i Ping the server from a PC connected through Wifi through a specific AP distance of 5 feet still the ping time comes nearly 200ms100ms 12ms changing every bit but when i ping that Ap from server ping coming is fine. I am facing a lot problem because most of the time i have to restart the Access point to get a less ping time please solve my problem
