Programming an external website to only use one WAN in Load Balance

Hi everyone,
So I just set up a TL-R470T+ version 4 firmware .1.0 Build 20150526 Rel.71817s and it's working well, but I am having one issue. A video streaming service I use will not work with the load balanced connection. The service is Funimation.com IP 190.93.241.213. What I am hoping to do is set it for external traffic to and from that IP will only use one connection/WAN port. Is there any way I could program this possibly through a static route or something else? Or does anyone else have any ideas? I thank you in advance for any assistance you can provide.
