Firewall features in TL-ER5120 (question)

Hardware Version : Not Clear
Firmware Version :

Hi, I am interested in the TL-ER5120 load balance router, I was reading the datasheet and it says it have the following firewall features:
Firewall
– DMZ Port
– Application Control
– Filtering
– ARP Inspection
– Attack Defense
It does not mention anything about VPN (IPSEC), ACL (access rules), snmp (monitoring), syslog... so it means that is such as a pure router, how you guys typically install your deployments with this balancer? Do you put a physicall firewall in the middle of the balancer and your switch or what is the common practice in a scenario when you need a more advanced firewall?
thanks
