5210g not being oprated by any browser and IP help is needed...

Hye! I'm facing problem with my 5210g.......I set ip 192.168.1.100 and submask 255.255.255.0 .........also in some tries 192.168.1.253 submask 255.255.255.0 defaultgateway 192.168.1.254.....and tries alot of methodes from internet but non is working when i type 192.168.1.254 in my browser i dosn't shows any thing......i'm feed up:( and i have tried all the ways i find on net....
Now i want configration utility softwere to oprate it if any one can help me thanks and waiting for reply
