ISP : PTCL (Pakistan Telecommunication Company Limited)
Hello,
As the title suggest, I've got the TL-R470T+ load balancer and everything is just fine as I've been using it for months but I just realized that when I'm gaming online while connected to it, it gives me Strict NAT issue in games such as Call of Duty. However when I connect them to my individual routers provided by my ISP that are being merged through this load balancer, everything is fine on each router and my NAT type goes to "Moderate" instead of "Strict" in the game but as soon as I go back to the load balancer it goes to "Strict".
I have enabled UPnP and upgraded the firmware as well but still no luck, any help on this will be highly appreciated.
Thank you.

Now the ISP router is connected to WAN port of R470T+?
You may have to open ports or DMZ to change NAT type.

Yes, I have 3x ISP routers individually connected to each WAN port and then the LAN port is coming from the router to my PC. Right now it's connected to my WiFi router and then to my PC but even directly from Load Balancer gives the same issue, for troubleshooting I'll be connecting it directly to Load Balancer so WiFi router won't be connected through LAN.
So these are the screenshots from NAT section, please take a look and let me know what I exactly need to do as I didn't have to do any of this for my ISP router and just enable UPnP.
Please let me know if you require any further information at all and thanks a lot for your input on this, it's highly appreciated.

Go to Services---UPnP and check if it is enabled...
If it does but won't work, on NAT---NAT Setup page, enable DMZ and input IP address of the client gaming online.
But if you know ports related to the game, we'd better open corresponding ports on Virtual Server page instead of DMZ.

UPnP is enabled actually and I realized since yesterday my NAT Type in game has been changed to "Moderate" itself without enabling DMZ client.
As for Virtual Server page, if I open individual ports there do I still need to enable DMZ Host or just adding port in Virtual Server should do the trick?
Thanks again

Sadly, no. Only way to get rid of it is when connecting directly to my internet router and not through load balancer which defeats the purpose, no official support at all either in all these months.
