Outdoor AP with 2 small omni antennas for phones and laptops in 100-150m range in 2.4

This device is meant for PTPs up to 50 kms. not for Hotspot
For indoor they already have the EAP, for outdoor you have the CPE210, later they will come with sector antenna here http://www.tp-link.com/en/products/biz-cat-36.html
but I don't see 2.4 Ghz. coming, Smartphones & Tablets are moving to AC very fast,

HI Danymarc, are you trying to say that WBS510 is not recommended for PtMP using SECTORIZED antenna?
If for Long-distance PtP, what is the maximum antenna gain does TP-LINK carry to reach that 50Km range?

Nope, you misunderstood. WBS line it's intended for long distance PTP or PtMP and Tp-Link comes with dish & sector antennas with SMA connector, goodbye to bulky N connector
