You can only save/backup the configuration from the web interface.

Thank you, I did that but when I try to open it it is not readable. I will try again.

It is most likely squash file system. You will not be able to read it.

Thanks. Do you, or anyone else, know of a way to see if there are any static routes not obvious by looking at the GUI?

If you're talking about predefined static routes. Not that I'm aware of. What seems to be the routing problem?

There was a problem with computers not connecting to the internet when they were not connected to the VPN. Our branch offices should be able to connect to the internet (if they have connectivity) even when they lose connection with this office but they were not. Someone was telling me it was because I had a static route but I was pretty sure I did not. I believe actually that it is because of DNS on the machines. I am going to adjust them and see if it fixes the problem. It rarely happens that they don't have their VPN to us but it would be good for them to be able to connect to the internet. Good for me actually if I need to trouble shoot and they are not on the VPN.

This no longer pertains to the telnet issue of this post. You can send me a private message if you need help.

The original question was is there a way to telnet. This has been answered so thank you. I would close this if I could figure out how.
