Does someone had successfully made a schedule reboot of the unit, via ssh/telnet

Would be really useful to do it via the web interface.

Someone has carried this discussion before. Unfortunately there is no way to achieve this.

And the admin said Cron component is not included in the stock firmware.

So we can use Gargoyle to better manage the router. But Gargoyle is built on Open WRT.
I've tried to find on Open, DD WRT, Tomato etc. which support WA7210N, but none works perfectly with it.
Too bad that we can't get the best from this powerful WA7210N. I wonder if TP-Link will provide features so complete on next firmware update

it works, but you have to open 7210 and solder antenna, once flashed internal antenna does not work.
what you should to is upgrade to beta firmware, in case you use 7210 for links, with that new firm you enable Maxtream, download from here

Hi danymarc,
I already use the beta firmware. Some menus doesn't work but they doesn't affect the full capability of WA7210N.
The signal seems much more stable than before.
I use external antenna as well, but have no desire to open and soldering my new toy yet, at least for now.
I stay with the beta firmware until they release the official update. Will try Gargoyle or other if the update doesn't provide better management tools

Btw, will check OpenWRT website again, wondering if I miss the update

2-the update is here http://downloads.openwrt.org/chaos_calmer/15.05-rc3/ar71xx/generic/

Hi Danymarc,
I don't have to put down my 10M high-already mounted on a pole WA7210N and do some soldering.
Your post I quoted below gives me an easier-safer-cheaper way than bricking and void the warranty. Thanks :)
The dream can be accomplish with any Tp-Link router that supports Gargoyle firmware, just place it between 7210 and ...

sorry my bad, but that mislead me, and I forgot whats in the Thread

Edit to answer your second question, Yes, Gargoyle is built in OpenWrt, but you want QOS, its already in the build, with OpenWrt you will have to download the package LuCi-Apps-SQM and intall, Gargole, has QOS Plugin compiled in the Bin, with Openwrt you will have to install all need it, and a 741 router does not have the space, you will have to go for 842, and 842 V2 is not supported by Gargoyle, unless you want to download from Eko Polish forum, and install English language plugin

Any possibility to make WA7210N works with internal and external antennas simultaneously? Will be amazing if we can do so :D

Update (July 26th 2015):
Set up this way, now to get signal from one direction to another, I only need to switch between internal/external antenna.
It's fun to do some experiment until I get my fixed internet connection.

The question here is
In case you can make via CLI make both antennas work, will 72 have the power to supply the 2, I doubt it, and if anyone make it work, it will work like any Repating mode, paying a 50% data penalty rate.
If budget is not a issue, that's what sector antennas are for, you can deploy 2 with RF Armor Shield, or wait for Tp-Link sectors, should be on the market anytime
Or, if one is a Link and the other a Hotspot, change the link to 5Ghz with a pair of 510s you can place it on same pole, as close as you want to, no interference.
When I received my first pair of 510s I deploy it behind the grid antenna, both freqs. where working at same time, distance 30 cm. the reason, I did not wanted to lose Internet on the link while I was deploying the 510s that's how I found out it works flawless.
