Hello Team,

 

any one fact this problem that when i add the EAP 670 to Our Omada Control. once i get status Provesion and then EAP 670 Dissconnect.

 

Omada Control is software v5.15.6.7

When the controller successfully adopts the EAP, it will clear all previous configurations on the EAP and provision the controller's settings—including the SSID configuration. This is why you lost connectivity: the EAP stopped broadcasting its old SSID. To resolve this, simply reconfigure the SSID in the controller's interface:

i do all  but still same after provision WIFI dissconnect 

 

 

and if i want to see WiFi again i must reset facttory the device

Are you using a software controller to manage the EAP?

Did you connect the software controller PC to the EAP's SSID when you trying to adopt the EAP?

 

Same principle applies here: If the controller PC is connected to the EAP's network, the SSID will be cleared during the adoption process. This causes the PC to lose connectivity for a period, resulting in the current issue.

 

Solution: Connect the controller PC to your main network (e.g., your router's Wi-Fi or via wired Ethernet) to manage the EAPs. This ensures uninterrupted access during adoption.
