prejudice ... I have a problem with a 7210n that while I was doing firmware upgrade and went away and now when I turn on the light stay on all the LEDs and I can not make access even after reset. how can I fix please ?????

Contact the shop to see if they can offer replacement

If the Shop don't offer you replacement so open your AP and have serial access to it debrick it using the TFTP.
