FR205 controller adoption problems

Hey Guys,
I just bought a FR205. I can configure my internet connection and LAN + DHCP.
Everything works fine but when I wan´t to adopt it in the cloud controller at https://festa.tplinkcloud.com/ it always fails.
I can add it but either it says that its preconfigured and I can´t change anything or my Internet connection breaks down and even power cycling the device doesn´t help anything.
The Box that it can be controlled by an external controller is checked too.
What do I do wrong? :-/

So after a lot of back and forth we found the solution. A big THX to the support!
Apparently it was still some problem with my current routers config.
The solution was:
Resetting the FR205 again.
Set it up with my WAN connection so that it can reach the internet by itself and connected it to my FTTH modem.
I then reconfigured the WAN connection in the Cloud Controller settings to match the FR205 settings.
Then I adopted the Gateway again.
After it got it´s configuration from the cloud controller it worked fine.
In the past I had the cloud controllers WAN settings configured but discarded them on some point and forgot to reset them.

Hi @DerMega
Please try to adopt the router via inform URL.
Detailed steps, please refer to the following guide:
How to discover and manage Omada Devices via Cloud-Based Controller
And please refer to the following post to get the inform URL of your festa controller:
How to get Inform URL of Festa Controller?
If still failed to adopt it, please show us a screenshot of its status on the controller. Thanks.

@Vincent-TP thanks for the info.
Unfortunately it didn´t work :(
This is the device in the controller:
And this are the controller settings in the device:
With the inform url:
omada://aps1-festa-device.tplinkcloud.com?dPort=29810&mPort=443&omadacId=f..............................................
Additional info:
I gave the device a IP within my network and deactivated the DHCP for no interference.

Hi @DerMega
I gave the device a IP within my network and deactivated the DHCP for no interference.
>>>Is the FR205 plugged behind another NAT device?
Please make sure the port 29810-29816 are open in the network. This should be configured on the front NAT devices.

Hey @Vincent-TP ,
it doesn´t work either :(
I opened the ports to the IP but the FR205 still shows "Off-Line" in the controller settings.
This thing kills me :(
