FTP not accessing certain sites

FTP not accessing certain sites

First, my hardware version is v4.0. It would not let me choose an option, above.
Now, when I have both providers connected, my FTP client (FireFTP) cannot access certain sites. One of those sites is my seed box. Others, seem to be okay. If I disconnect either WAN 1 or WAN 2, the FTP client works fine.
Can someone please tell me what I need to do, in order to sort this?
Please note: I have already tried ticking and unticking every option for load balance Configuration, under the Advanced -> Load Balance -> Configuration menu.

EDIT: Also, my ultimate goal here is, for my desktop to have access to the combined bandwidth of both WAN 1 & 2, my camera system and all other peripherals to have access only to WAN 2.
