change ip address on Oc200 which has no internet connection

I own a OC200 whith fixed ip setting.
Unfortunately, the dns- ip address must be changed, because the one which is in the device is not correct anymore.
Is there a way to change it without internet connection? I cannot log on to the device because i get the error : "check your internet connection"....
Thank you for any advice.

Hi @Peter_Dec
Now I understand. Is the Internet of the PC working?
Unfortunately, we can't login with a cloud account without Internet access, since we need Internet access to check the cloud account.
Did you keep the backup file of the OC200? Seems like the only option for now is to factory reset the OC200 and restore the config file.

Hi @Peter_Dec
Yes, we can access the OC200 without Internet access.
You should make sure the PC you are using is plugged into the same LAN as the OC200.
You can plug the PC into the OC200's ETH port and set it to obtain an IP address automatically. Normally, it will get an IP from the DHCP server.
After that, open a web browser, input the IP address of the OC200 into the address bar.
If still failed, please let us know the following info to locate the reason:
1. the IP address of the OC200;
2. the IP address of the management PC;
3. how is the PC connect with the OC200;
4. a screenshot of the page when failed to access the controller page, please include the URL and the error message in the screenshot;

Many thanks for your answer.
The problem is that i do not have the credentials of a local account, and the oc does not connect with the internet due to a failing dns-ip-setting.
my controller is on 192.168.0.253, en my pc is on 192.168.0.111 , default GW is 192.168.0.1
My OC's ip is set with fixed ip. Since i cannot logon, i cannot change the setting to dhcp. (or i do not know how to ;-))
I try to browse to 192.168.0.253, and i get the TP-Link "Omada SDN-controller" page.
When trying to login with my online credentials, i get the error : "action failed, check your internet connection"

I'm afraid I had too much confidence in the system... ;-)
I don't think we took a backup (shame on me, I know)
So I think I will have to reset the oc200 and the 10 AP's , and start again from scratch?

Hi @Peter_Dec
Or, Is there any chance you might recall the login credentials of the local user for the OC200? This would be the simplest solution to proceed.
if not, yes, you have to factory reset the OC200.
For the EAP units, no need to reset if you still have the device account on Settings > Site Settings > Device Account:
The EAP units will display on the OC200, status would be Managed By Others, and then you can clikc adopt button, input the account above to adopt them.
