Manage Omada Devices at Different Sites - stuck in the adopting
Hello, I have 4 different locations on the omada controller,I have a problem with one. Every few days, all devices in that one location stuck in the "adopting". IPsec VPN connection works between these locations. The locations with which there are no problems do not have a VPN set up. Restarting helps for a while.

We installed the equipment in location D 12 days ago, after 1 day there were already problems. After turning off the power in location D, it helped for 5 days. After restarting the omada softwere controller in location A, nothing changed.
7. when did you first notice this issue? since installation?
the next day, I have the impression that it started after establishing a VPN IP-sec connection
8. which sites configured vpn settings, and which sites not?
the connection is only between locations A and D, it works without any problems
After ISP load I see that devices in location D appeared several times today:![]()

As I understood the remote sites are connecting to the controller (site A) via Internet (not VPN tunnel).
Do you have port forwarding from WAN to controller set up properly on site A?
