Manage Omada Devices at Different Sites - stuck in the adopting

Hardware Version: V5
Firmware Version: 5.15.20.13
Hello, I have 4 different locations on the omada controller,I have a problem with one. Every few days, all devices in that one location stuck in the "adopting".
IPsec VPN connection works between these locations.
The locations with which there are no problems do not have a VPN set up.
Restarting helps for a while.

Hi  @dadziuk

To understand the issue better, please let us know the following info:

1. Do you use one controller manange all the 4 sites? if yes, how? via vpn connection, or port forwarding?

2. Which site is the controller connected to?

3. what kind of controller are you using? what's the firmware version?

4. is the controller plugged into the same site as the mentioned site?

5. when the issue happened, will the internet of this site be affected?

6. you mean restarting helped a while, what devices do you need to restart? the controller, or all the SDN devices?

How long is "a while"?

7. when did you first notice this issue? since installation?

8. which sites configured vpn settings, and which sites not?

Yes, one software controller manages 4 locations by port forwarding
- A-Main - software controller
- B
- C
- D

2.  Which site is the controller connected to?

The controller is in the main location - A

3. what kind of controller are you using? what's the firmware version?

omada software controller windows 5.15.20.13

4. is the controller plugged into the same site as the mentioned site?

the controller is on network A, problem jest w lokalizacji D

5. when the issue happened, will the internet of this site be affected?

The internet in the location where the problem is is working normally

6. you mean restarting helped a while, what devices do you need to restart? the controller, or all the SDN devices?

How long is "a while"?

We installed the equipment in location D 12 days ago, after 1 day there were already problems. After turning off the power in location D, it helped for 5 days. After restarting the omada softwere controller in location A, nothing changed.

7. when did you first notice this issue? since installation?

the next day, I have the impression that it started after establishing a VPN IP-sec connection

8. which sites configured vpn settings, and which sites not?

the connection is only between locations A and D, it works without any problems

After ISP load I see that devices in location D appeared several times today:

As I understood the remote sites are connecting to the controller (site A) via Internet (not VPN tunnel).

Do you have port forwarding from WAN to controller set up properly on site A?

https://www.tp-link.com/en/support/faq/3281/

Especially prosts: UDP 29810, TCP 29814, TCP 29815, TCP 29816, TCP 29811/29812, TCP 29813
