Hi, I know this is an old thread but it seems very close to answering the question:

What does this mean?

Yes, I understand that its accuracy is perhaps not to be relied on, but I still don't know what it is telling me. 

For instance if the TestResult is "normal" and the Cable Fault disance is "0", is that saying that the cable is probably bad or probably good?  What's the difference between "Open" and "No Cable"? It's just not clear for a novice.
