The Controller Dashboard view for sites displays counts for device types and clients. I suggest that dashboard should hide items that have zero count. E.g. many sites will have zero OLTs, so that icon could simply be hidden. Many sites don't allow Guests so that count will always be zero and that icon could also be hidden.
