Model: Omada Cloud-Based Controller

For both Cloud and Hardware Controllers, with 2FA enabled codes can not be pasted into feilds in some cases (on mobile mostly), this has been posted before it seems that this is being somewhat worked on becasue it works better now on desktop but sill happens on mobile. My other issue is there seems to be no grace period for code use, by grace period I mean once one code expires normally most services have a bit of time after a code "expires" (like 2-5 seconds) that it will still work to aloow for time drift on authenticators and for simple entry of the code near the end of the cycle.

Feature Request: PASTE does not work properly on the 2FA field during Omada Controller login

If there are others with similar requirements, we aim to gather detailed descriptions of these needs to ensure that the relevant departments fully understand and can conduct thorough assessments for functional support.

 

For the second "issue" you mentioned, I don't think it's an issue.

You can enter the code as soon as the countdown begins—**30 seconds should be sufficient**. Note that this timing is determined by the **authenticator**, not our system.
