Hello,

I have installed a mixture of F52 and F61 access points and I have the following problem. When i connects to the F61 and move (roam) to another access point F52 / room. My devise does not roam to the new access point. The only way I can get the devise to connects is to forget the SSID and connect to the WIFI again. Then the devise will connect to the F52 access point.

To help solve this problem I have removed the F61 access points and now laptops and pnones now roam between all F52 access points.

I had previously set up 2 X F61 and 5 X F52.

Any suggestions would be a great help.

Thanks

Hi  @MichaelC64

What's the security mode and WPA mode of the SSID settings?

Are all of your wireless clients having this issue?

Hello,

The security settings are WPA2-pskwpa-sae

And yes all clients are impacted.

Thanks,

Hi  @MichaelC64

Please give us the following info:

1. What kind of clients are connecting to the network?

2. What's the distance between the access points?

In the meantime, please refer to the following link to optimize the wireless performance:

  @Vincent-TP

Hello,

Both Apple and Android phones are trying to connect to the WiFi.

The distance between the F61 and F51 is approx 25 meters.

Thanks,
