Embedding a video not working on External Portal Server and Import Customized Page
My authentication requires the user to watch the video before they can connect. So, I linked the URL of the customized portal page to the external portal server, but when I try to connect, it shows 'incompatible browser' in the browser. The same problem occurs when I import the customized page. So my question is, Is it possible to embedd a video in customizing captive portal page?

We can do this. And the key reason for the issue is caused by the external radius server settings.
What controller do is to redirect hte login page to the external webpage.

Hi @Vincent-TP I have already resolved the past issues I encountered with the external portal server. The captive portal page is now working locally. However, when I try to link the URL of the customized page in the External Portal Server, I receive a 'Missing Data' error. My question is: do I need to set up tunneling to allow the web hosting platform to communicate with Omada?

Generally speaking, we only need to ensure stable communication between the Omada Controller and the External RADIUS server.
