Traffic Activities statistics are not updated automatically

Good day.
There is a problem with the auto-update of the "Traffic Activities" statistics.
I have Global View -> Settings -> UI Interaction -> Refresh Interval: 1 min.
I can visually see that the page is updated every minute. But the Traffic Activities statistics graph is not updated. Also, if you manually press the refresh button on the controller in the upper right corner, Traffic Activities is not updated:
The Traffic Activities graph is updated only if you forcefully press "refresh page" (F5) in the browser itself.

Hi @KSab
You're currently viewing Wireless Device data. In the controller's interface:
1️⃣ Wireless Device specifically refers to EAP equipment
2️⃣ When wireless clients upload files, the EAP receives this data → recorded as RX (Receive) data
So the displayed data is accurate.

Hi @KSab
Are you referring to the info under Site View > Statistics > Performance > Traffic ?
If you choose a different device, will the same issue persist?

I mean the information under:
Site View > Reports > Summary > Traffic Summary:
and:
Site View > Dashboard > Traffic Activities:

And I also noticed that on these graphs the TX and RX are mixed up!

I want to clarify one important point. Automatic chart update does not work if the range selected in the upper right is: "Today":
With the default mode selected (Last 24 hours) - automatic update works!

Hi @KSab
Sorry for the late reply.
We haven't encountered this issue in our local testing. Could you confirm if the problem persists on your end?

Hi @Vincent-TP
Yes, the problem remains, but only if you select the display mode: "Today". In the default mode: "Last 24 hours" the graph is updated automatically.
But now I am more concerned about the problem with the mixed-up display of traffic on the graph (Tx/Rx). Should I create a new topic for this, or continue here?

Hi @KSab '
Thanks for the reply. I had forward this issue to our relevant team and they will optimize it.
As for the rx, tx traffic mixed-up, how did you notice this?
Genernally, rx is for download traffic and tx is for upload traffic.

Attached is a graph for today. In any standard situation, incoming traffic is always greater than outgoing traffic in the vast majority of cases. Outgoing traffic in the office is always at a minimum (sometimes there are one-time "bursts" of outgoing traffic - this is when someone uploads a file to the Internet). Below is a graph of today's traffic in the office. As we can see on the graph, incoming traffic (Rx) should be yellow, and outgoing traffic (Tx) should be purple. At the same time, at the top of the graph center it is written: yellow dot - Tx data, purple dot - Rx data. That is, in reality - everything is the other way around!

Another current example: at 11:35 our employee in the office uploaded a 4GB file to an external cloud:
