No statistics on ISP panel

Hi all
Yesterday I had to reboot the controller in a customer of mine because it was operating weird, with several moments that seemed to be struggling and not being able to access it locally or in the cloud.
After the reboot, there is no longer statistics recording for the WAN/ISP traffic. I rebooted also this morning but it keeps the same. It shows latency data but no traffic data at all.
Have you experienced this issue? Is there a way to solve it?
Thanks!

That's really weird.
Please forget the ER8411 and readopt it, this should fix the issue.
Note: Forget will make the ER8411 reset, and it will reboot during this time. Please choose a proper time to do it.

Would you please share a screenshot of the page?
Please try with different web browsers, or different PCs to login the controller.

@Vincent-TP Hi
Attached a current screenshot of the dashboard widgets, showing the last 7 days. Please check that starting April 1st there is no traffic flow from the used WAN interface, although it correctly records latency, and you can see that there is recorded traffic on the switches, which is proportional to the reported traffic on the ISP until April 1st.
You can also see two interruptions after that date, when I rebooted the controller. I did the first reboot after feeling a weird behavior of the controller, being very slow on page responsivity.
I'm just attaching a single screenshot because it's the same on all browsers I tested.
Here is another one showing that for whatever interface on the router it stopped recording traffic on April 1st, on Statistics -> Performance.
It seems though that it's only affecting traffic from the ER8411 router, as it correctly does record traffic from the switches after that date.
Thanks!
