IP binding to external interface

I have the ER6120 with only one WAN connection. I have a scope of IP address from my ISP. My static IP is configured to WAN1. How do I bind one of the scope of the public IP address to the external interface? My scope for example is: 1.1.1.1-1.1.1.5 and I want to bind 1.1.1.1 to the external interface.
