What's the IP address obtained on your laptops?
Try to set a static IP on android to see if it works.

You must have configure the 5210G via Quick Setup. After Quick Setup the distance value is empty, which is abnormal. The fix is simple. Navigate to Wireless --> Distance Settings to select manual, set the value to 110% of the actual distance between the AP and the client. If you are using it within 100m, you can select indoor.

Try this

josh .. you may manuly add ip to android phones. same problem was with me. when i connect android phones. it show same . failed to obtain ip.

you may set static ip to android phone to add ip then your phone will connect.
