IPV6 WAN

I recently purchased this (ER707-M2) VPN router and would like to know if it’s possible to configure it for an IPoE (IPv6 Plus) WAN internet connection in Japan.
Thank you in advance for your support.

Hi @RedRed2025
Thanks for posting in our business forum.
I don't think we have this option if you say that's an option in Deco system.
IPv6 is not our priority, and for any requests about IPv6, they will be delayed.
We now only support these protocols(IPv6):

@RedRed2025 Do I understand that correctly, iPv4 does not work too? If iPv4 works you should be able to use the option "use same PPPoE session as iPv4".. or in your case iPoE. I'm sorry if I can not help you better because in Germany most providers use PPPoE and not iPoE...
If not maybe your internet service provider can help you.
One last thing I can imagine is when I was reading what iPoE does it just select "Dynamic IP-Adress" for iPv4 and for iPv6 "Dynamic IP - SLAAC/DHCPv6" or basically just try if you don't need to enter any kind of connection details such as username and password.

They refer to it as IPv6 Plus Cross (no username or password required). I’m able to use it without any issues on my Deco BE85, since "IPv6 Plus" appears in the WAN drop-down list.
I guess I might need to wait for the next firmware release for the ER707-M2.
Thanks!
