Hello, I have been an (unhappy) user of the recorder for a few days now. From the very beginning I have had a series of problems that will probably eventually force me to return the device :(
My configuration is:
- static ip addresses of cameras
- first camera ONVIF (EZ-IP IPC-D2B20 / H.264H @ 1080p, FPS 25, CBR, 4096Kb/s, 50 frame) - second camera ONVIF (Dahua PTZ DH-SD2A500HB-GN-A-PV-0400-S2 / H.265 @ 2560/1440, FPS 25, CBR, 6144Kb/s, 40 frame) - Internet connection method: operator router -> switch (tp-link TL-SG1016PE 5.20) -> router (tp-link Archer A8) -> recorder - 4TB disk seagate constellation es.3 (one partition NTFS format - I think so, I have to check it out)
Currently I have 3 main problems and I would like to ask for help.
First problem: After entering the browser (chrome latest update) panel, recording the image, sound is ok, notifications come that motion has been detected, etc. Recording runs non-stop. When I want to review an image that was recorded a few hours earlier, until I move the time bar everything is ok, but when I set the time bar to e.g. 8 a.m./9 a.m./2 p.m. the image freezes and I can wait up to 15 minutes and it is still freeze. It does not matter if it is an image from camera 1 or 2. Second problem: Mobile application for Android system (latest update). Connection is local network or internet. Symptoms during the day: green blurry image. Symptoms at night: completely black except for the place with time which is quick. The image being played looks completely blurry until some movement appears on it. and only in that place where there is movement on the image it becomes clear. (I don't know if I described it clearly but I can attach screenshots).
Third problem: Not very annoying for me but it is there. Every time I log into the panel via a browser I have to set the number of cameras displayed and manually turn them on in the menu on the left...
These are problems that should not occur to a "normal" user...
