noisy fans replacement possible?

So far switch is really great but it's fans are sooo noisy..
Is there any way or option to do manual replacement of fans, to find some others that are a bit more silent maybe?

I have asked TP-LINK if anything could be done about the noise that the 3 fans of the SG3424P produce. I received an email that explained that I could replace them with low-noise fans but that I would loose the guarantee. :(

With the noise that this switch produces it is impossible to use it in our office.

It's a pitty!

My TP-SG3424P has hardware version 2.9
