Hardware Version changed by firmware upgrade?
Region : UnitedStates
Model : TL-R600VPN
Hardware Version : Not Clear
Firmware Version : 1.2.1 Build 130831 Rel.63039n
ISP : Comcast
So, I upgraded my TP-R600VPN firmware from version TL-R600VPN_V1_130216 to 1.2.1 Build 130831 Rel.63039n, and now the router tells me that it is hardware version R600VPN v2 00000000. Before I updated the firmware, the hardware version was shown as R600VPN v1 00000000.
So, should I now switch over and install the firmware that's listed on the 600VPN VERSION 2 page? There's three newer firmware versions since the latest for v1.
Thanks for any help....
