Omada Cloud Essentials Based Authentication Portal not working "WEBPAGE NOT AVAILABLE"

Over a week now—I’ve noticed that my clients' are unable to log in to the Omada Cloud Essentials Portal. When they are redirected to the portal, they receive a "webpage not available" error.
I have tried several troubleshooting steps, including re-adopting my devices, remaking the sites, and performing a factory reset, but nothing has worked. Our internet connection is stable, and we have confirmed that the devices are receiving internet access. Interestingly, when we switch to a simple password-based login, everything works fine, but as soon as we switch back to the cloud portal, the portal is unreachable.
I dont know if this may be a bug on Omada's side. This issue has significantly impacted our business, and I would appreciate any assistance in resolving it. If this is a known issue, I hope Omada can provide a fix as soon as possible.
